Il Distretto Rotary 2072 Emilia-Romagna San Marino ha offerto tulipani alle persone arrivate all’aeroporto Marconi di Bologna, come benvenuto pre-primaverile, il 20 marzo scorso. Il messaggio che partiva dal bigliettino che corredava ogni tulipano era semplice ma forte, essere di ispirazione, così come lo sono i rotariani, che lavorano con etica e concretamente su più fronti. L’iniziativa è stata ideata dalla Sottocommissione Comunicazione Interna ed esterna, presieduta da Maria Grazia Palmieri. La distribuzione di tulipani ha accolto festosamente anche il Past President del Rotary International K.R. Ravindran, giunto a Bologna per partecipare ad alcune iniziative rotariane. Insieme al Governatore Paolo Bolzani, erano presenti il PDG Paolo Pasini, End Polio Now Coordinator Zone 12 – 13 B, i dirigenti distrettuali Patrizia Ravaglia, Maria Grazia Palmieri, Angelo Benedetti e le volontarie del Rotary Club Vignola Castelfranco E. Bazzano, Anna Maria Lenzarini e Sandra Aldrovandi. K.R. Ravindran Presidente internazionale del Rotary nel 2015/16, è in Italia per alcuni giorni, tra Rimini, Modena e Bologna. In particolare, ha partecipato al Forum “Utilizzo Consapevole delle Risorse Naturali”, tenutosi sabato 23 marzo a Bologna. Il Forum è stato organizzato dal Distretto Rotary 2072 e dalla Commissione Agroalimentare presieduta da Angelo Benedetti.
